Marty SmithOneof WEO's finest assets is Ms. Marty Smith. Through her previous work experience in the insurance industry, she brings to WEO a wealth of knowledge which is invaluable. She also worked at the orthodontic clinic at Virginia Commonwealth University for two years. At WEO she is our office manager and an orthodontic assistant. Everyone who visits our office enjoys Marty's warm personality and friendly smile.

Vicki DiggsVicki has been with us now since 2006 and we're elated! She came to WEO with a desire to learn orthodontic assisting. Since then, she has mastered orthodontic assisting technique and patients and coworkers alike enjoy her cheerful disposition.

Tadiana VillaTadiana came to WEO via Colombia, South America. She was originally trained as a dentist in South America and completed her studies before coming to the USA. Unfortunately, her dental license is not recognized by the US. We were lucky enough to meet Tadi and further her education in orthodontics. WEO is now proud to have another perhaps over-qualified orthodontic assistant.

Jana ForsheyWhen you first come to West End Orthodontics, one of the first faces you may see is Jana's. Jana has come back to work after raising two beautiful girls and we are happy to have her on our team. Interestingly enough, her first work experience was in the fashion industry in New York City. Take note of her smile...she was a former patient!

Lisa KapsakLisa seems to be well-known throughout the West End! She too is coming back to work after raising two boys and we're delighted that she chose to come to work for us. Lisa shares time with Jana at the front desk so you're sure to get to know her throughout treatment. Ask about her Pennsylvania roots and it's likely that you'll come up with a mutual friend soon enough.
